How to Consign with MNF
Step 1: Consignment Inquiry
- Please send in your consignment submissions to info@shopmynextfit.com or our Instagram DM
Step 2: Item Selection
It’s simple. We pick what we want. We leave what we don’t.
How to Get Your Items to Us:
- We Visit You (Monmouth County and up to 25 miles):
- We’ll arrange a date and time that works for both of us.
- Our team will come to your location to review your items.
- We’ll take what we want and leave the rest.
- You Visit Us (By appointment only, Red Bank, NJ):
- Contact us to set up an appointment.
- Bring your items to our location for review.

Virtual Review:
- Email us photos of your items for initial review.
- We’ll follow up to let you know if we want to proceed.
- If so, we’ll schedule a virtual call to confirm the items.
- After the call, we’ll send you a shipping label. You’ll need to package and send the items to us using this label.
Step 3: Final review

Final Evaluation: All items may be subject to rejection and returned after our final review. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items.

Designer Item Verification: If we cannot verify the authenticity of designer items, we will contact you to arrange a return. If there is no response within a week, we may dispose of the items at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns will be your responsibility.

Listing and Tracking: Items will be photographed and listed on www.shopmynextfit.com within 1-2 weeks after arriving at our headquarters. You will receive a link to a spreadsheet to track your items in real-time.

Payouts: Payouts are processed on the 30th of each month.

Discounts and Sales: Items may be discounted or placed on sale at any time during the consignment period, as My Next Fit has the right to do so.

Item Commitment: Please only consign items you are willing to part with.

Order Cancellation: Once an item is sold, we cannot cancel the transaction.

Post-90 Days: If an item is not sold within 90 days and you do not respond within one week, the item(s) will become the property of MNF or may be donated.

Consignment Duration: Consignment with My Next Fit lasts for 90 days. If you need your items returned before this period ends, contact us to make arrangements.
FAQ:

Pricing: We set prices based on current market value, the condition of the item, and its style. MNF will determine the final price for each item, and we do not negotiate these prices.

Buy-Outs: We do not purchase items upfront.

Duration: Items are kept for 3 months (90 days).

Items Not Sold Within 90 Days: We will notify you via email when the 90-day period ends. You will then have the option to re-consign the items for another 90 days, provide a shipping label for their return, or pick them up from our showroom. If we do not hear from you within one week, the items will become the property of MNF or may be donated.
